Churros con chocolate.
Many people have tried to duplicate it, but the best is here in Spain.
I've had churros con chocolate in California
(the churros were just enormous and overpowered the chocolate).
Needless to say, when in Spain - go eat some churros con chocolate (nom nom nommmmm)
