This idea for next month's monthly challenge came to me while I was eating.
Most of my diet consist of a dish (some sort of meat) and rice. It dawned on me that I was really craving some broccoli - then it hit me.
Why not try being a vegetarian for a month!?
That is exactly what I will be doing for the month of May. If you have any vegetarian recipes - please feel free to post them in the comments or shoot me an email!
