When shit hits the fan...

My life is pretty simple and I like to keep it that way...

But when shit hits the fan... the fan must be on high speed because it just goes everywhere!

Yes, besides having to pack and move by the end of the month and everything else that goes along with that... I managed to lock myself out of my apartment, work without Wi-Fi in the house, deal with money issues (regarding accounts and what not).

What I do realize is when I am under stress, if you don't know how to deal with me you should just get out of my way.  

When I am stressed, I am very direct and I don't do well with stupid comments.

Like I locked myself out of my apartment yesterday... 

I don't have a car here, so I obviously left my keys inside...

Looking back on it, I could have just said yes, I did, but nope, when I'm stressed (bitchy) comments like this just don't slide like they normally do.  

Well, I will be out of my apartment by Thursday and with everything that I have to do this week hopefully by next week I'll be back to normal.

Panic Attack...

Wow.  I don't get these panic attacks very often, but when they do, it really trips me up.

I have a very active imagination which sometimes gets the best of me when I feel like I'm completely overwhelmed.  Well, this week, I have cancelled 2 article assignments, and pairing down my responsibilities to the minimum.  Just going to relax and listen to my happy song - thanks for the idea +Putali Kandel 

Yeah, besides working in the morning and volunteering right after, coupled with writing, and having to move out of the apartment proved to be a little too much.

Well, after venting - I do feel a lot better, I decided to cancel some obligations to give myself more time to me and making sure I don't get all crazy during this time.

Ok, back to doing some work and planning my schedule for the week!

Busy Busy Busy Busy... July 2014

Hey everyone!

Well, life has been crazy busy, this time seriously.  I can't wait to just relax.

So - what am I doing?!

First, I am teaching a summer course, which is great because I do like teaching - a lot.  From there, I leave directly to head to CASCO.  The past two weeks, I've been entertaining as well, had a friend visit me, now, I have some downtime.  

Besides that, I am still writing for Vada Magazine also recording YouTube tutorials, though I haven't uploaded a video in over a week.  I'll work on it shortly and record new videos.

I am also writing a lot, in conjunction with my volunteer work, I have to write for this part of my practicum.

Oh yeah, did I mention I have to leave the apartment at the end of the month?  #omg I haven't started packing or anything, so it's just been a bit overwhelming.

Good news is, I am going back home to Hawaii next month - thanks to +United miles!

and a great affordable return flight with +Condor Airlines ($765) from HNL to FRA (layover in SEA) WOW!

Oh yeah, shout outs to my friends who joined Google+ +Ty Cullen and +selena summer maxwell 

Ha ha, we're slowly taking over!  bwah hah hah...

#mividaengalicia - San Juan 2014

Aloha everyone,

Last night was San Juan here in A Coruña, Spain.

Imagine a beach full of people with bon fires drinking until the early morning.

The warmth of the bon fires, the fun outgoing people of Spain, the fireworks that light up the sky, the laughter, the energy of the crowd and being surrounded with friends (both new and old), made me realize how lucky I am.

I spent a good 10 minutes staring at the sky with everything going all around me.
