Workout 1/31/2010

This was my 5th workout with my trainer and I feel that I am getting stronger.

I was able to run 3.5 miles before my work out and then hang with her.

The beginning of the workout is on a bosu. Its pretty tiring working out on this thing. You're basically balancing and trying to do exercises...

Needless to say, my okole got served and I am glad she was the one to do it!
