RUN RUN RUN!
Saturday, I ran with Team in Training. The weird this I find that on my longer runs my pace is faster than my shorter runs, I don't start feeling the kick until mile 4-5 when I get into a stride, well and not to mention, I always run the first 1-2 miles really slow just to see how my knees are feeling.
Yes! I ran this morning before work. 5 miles a day will keep the fat cells away.
