New YouTube Videos!

Hey everyone,

This past week, I recorded some new videos!  Sorry I haven't been writing, I've just had a nice relaxing week, hanging out in Ferrol, catching up with friends and working on my thesis.

Some people have been asking me about how I watch American television shows while I am in Spain?!
So, I decided to create this video!  Enjoy!

On this episode of Café con Leche with Max, our special guest +Candace Skinner talks about her research: Environmental and Cultural Anthropology (yes - we completely geek out).  This video is Advanced 2 and C1 level.  We also talk about various topics, such as Texas, Hawaii, the weather and so forth!

+Poli P and I talk about technology!  On this episode - we talk about Amazon Prime, +T-Mobile and +AT&T (which we preferred TMobile), the cheapest cell phone plan available (its on the description of the video), and Microsoft and the new CEO!

Why I make YouTube videos...

Yes, I know there has been many tech videos on my YouTube page recently... but its for a good reason.

You guys know I'm an online shopaholic, but sometimes things don't work out well - like receiving a fake cell phone... So... I created the video to help others out!  And I'm glad that my little video is helping people out!

Well, I also create videos for sheer stupidity...

I even like to teach people how to cook!
I'll be recording my cheesecake video - since peeps be asking for my recipe! woot woot.

2013 - A look back

Wow, another year is coming to a close.  I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but I'm very fortunate.

This year has been really amazing.  I am nearly finished with my Master's Degree - starting my thesis this January 2014.  I've also been quite fortunate to travel around this year, both to new places and to familiar places.  This year I've visited Spain (Madrid, Palma Mallorca, Bilbao, Asturias, Valencia), Portugal, United States (Florida, Nevada, California, Hawaii: Oahu, Big Island, Maui), France and Netherlands. Also visited a few new countries this year: Croatia, Hungary and Poland - Not counting this holiday trip in December and January.

I am also simplifying my life.  My following accounts have been deleted: Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Tumblr.  Sticking to Twitter, and Google+.  I've also deleted my Spanish blog and several other accounts and emails.  I will soon be blogging in Spanish as well via this blog.   

This year, my most popular blogs involved technology.  As most people are becoming more connected and with different technologies emerging (Windows RT, Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Chromebook, Chromecast, Nokia 41 MP camera!) people are just naturally curious about the new technologies and though there are plenty of technology blogs out there, I actually respond to every single comment I receive!

VideoTalk - New Youtube favorite videos...

Since its 0230 in the morning and I won't be sleeping anytime soon I wanted to share some Youtube videos!

Alright, if you got 10 minutes to spare, I have 4 videos that I think you would enjoy - ranging from educational, funny, funny and funny.

First pick - my favorite car - Oskar.  Oskar is blind and though I'm allergic to cats - this is one kitty I would definitely want to hang around with.
